It's in most bookstores, and on amazon.com. The Firefighter's Workout Book, features the 30 minute full body workout. Its simplicity, and effectiveness make are spelled out within the pages of the book. This is not a gimmicky exercise routine. Quite to the contrary, the workout can be performed at home or in the firehouse, using basic equipment that can be purchased for less than a hundred bucks. It's fast, effective, easily recovered from, and works on men and women alike. The workout was developed over my eighteen-year career, using input from many very fit firefighters, and includes strength, flexibility (many yoga movements) and cardio guidelines. When I took this workout to my clients outside the fire department, I found just as much success as I had with firefighters.
